These terms apply to the automated missed-call text-back SMS program operated by Corvenix AI LLC on behalf of its home-services business clients.
When a call to a participating client's business phone number is not answered, the caller automatically receives one text message acknowledging the missed call and offering a way to reach the business (a booking link, or an invitation to reply for a callback).
By calling a participating business's published phone number, callers may receive this automated text-back response. This is a direct reply to the caller's own inbound contact attempt, not unsolicited marketing.
At most one message is sent per missed call. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages at any time, or HELP for assistance.
This service is provided as-is to facilitate communication between callers and the business they attempted to reach. Corvenix AI is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or scheduling decisions of the underlying client business.
